As I started my new school year the stress is bit overwhelming. I have a million thoughts running through my head. My one constant is taking time for myself and working out and doing yoga. It may only be an hour a day but it is my hour....During this transitional month of going back to school I will only be blogging once or twice per week. Fear not I will return with great recipes and new upcoming fitness treads. Be well all and see you soon.
