Love heavy coaching days....The energy I get from my athletes never stops amazing me. I met with my first client today, she was ready to work and got things done. She began with me completely programmed with one marketed weight loss plan after another. She was so fear structured with food she was afraid to eat most everything. After looking at her diet, she on a good day only ate 1300 calories. THAT IS NOT ENOUGH. Together we have worked out an 1800 calorie day balancing proteins, fats and carbs. She is eating well and her long rides on her bike with her spouse have improved 100%. I couldn't be more proud. Highlight of today's workout was definitely the puppies and not the planks.
