Inflammation is an everyday occurrence in our bodies. Whether we are running a ½ marathon or building a house. Any physical stress causes swelling in our tissues that creates pain. You may be familiar with this spice as it is bright in color and found heavily in Indian Food. It is used very often in curry giving that delicious dish its yellowish color.
