![]() So, we have reviewed both Turmeric and Ginger and how in order to really gain the benefits of these super spices you need to buy them in capsule form and need to take them in a highly concentrated, purest form. However, the next 5, spices are easy to use in all cooking and do not have to be taken in any special form. Cinnamon, clove, black pepper, cayenne, and garlic all have the power to help with inflammation and pain. By cooking with spices in your everyday cooking, each one of these helps decrease pain receptors in the body and inflammation in tissues and joints. These super spices also have a host of other healing qualities: Garlic increases your Helper T cells in your body giving boosting one’s immune system. Cinnamon stabilizes blood sugar, lowers cholesterol, has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial qualities. Cloves: Anti-bacterial qualities and prevents infections Cayenne: Prevents ulcers and upset belly Black pepper: Improves digestion and gas, when added to turmeric they become a super duo. My suggestion do some research for your self. There are so many great recipes out there. Although I have highlighted a hand full of spices there are so many more that don't just taste good they help you feel better. After all we really are what we eat. Enjoy!

I feel that the turmeric has helped me immensely with my arthritis and healing my fractured rib. Two weeks into my injury and I am having little to no pain! Awesome suggestion, Stacie! Thanks
