We all have those days that we think, I should have...I ought to... I wish I .....
Those thoughts block us from doing the work they we need to do. All failures are a part of your journey. We need failure to see where we can grow. We also need failure to show others that we are human.
Those thoughts also block us from accepting the journey of others as these thoughts can be reactive to the actions of others. We think, "I should have said this....or I wish I said or did this." Why? What would that have done? Perpetuated a fight? Proved someone they are wrong? Is it that important that you feel right or better then others?
All these feelings, fill your heart with doubt, anger and confusion. Preventing you from being you and accepting of your self. We have one option to live our lives, why waste time with constant do overs in our minds and hearts.
Try it today, put aside all "oughts" , be yourself, just be.
