Some days you just need to lift heavy shit! Today was that day. Sometimes mental exhaustion can be a huge motivator to lift big. Our bodies crave movement and when we are under extreme stress we can use that to our advantage. Instead of turning to our vices, food, alcohol, or binge watching Netflix, get with a partner and lift heavy. A partner can be more beneficial then just a friend to chat with during the workout. A friend is a personal cheerleader, a coach, and an intensity driver. When trying to figure out how heavy to go a partner can be a real help... Why? Because even though we love them, we still secretly want to beat them. They drive us to be better, match their weight, reps and time.
