![]() Can gas, water and constipation make you gain 10 pounds? This is not such an easy question, technically the scale goes up, but actual fat increase is not the root cause. Let’s talk about gas, everyone does it. More room on the outside then the inside I say. Gas is bloating in the gut that can be very uncomfortable for you and everyone around you. Gas happens when we sallow too much air, like when we chew gum. It also happens when we eat too fast, eat crap food or have too many cruciferous veggies, like brussel sprouts, cauliflower or broccoli. This type of bloating does not increase your weight although it feels like it. As you struggle to get that top button buttoned. Drink some water and give your belly a break from food for a little bit. And for the love of God excuse yourself from the room and let it rip! You'll be glad you did. Water bloating is something a little different. Especially for women around their cycle. The increase of hormones can cause fluid to spread around the body, however it seems to distend the belly the most. So, on top of suffering with cramps, diarrhea and emotional dis-regulation, let’s throw 3-5 pounds onto the scale. What to do? Eating high potassium foods like bananas, cooked spinach and melon; they are natural diuretics. Drink plenty of water and for a while stay away from those gassy type foods. And do yourself and the the world around you a favor and don’t weigh yourself during that time of the month. CONSTIPATION! Can getting backed up cause weight gain? Not enough to really matter. Just like gas it can make you feel super uncomfortable. Staying away from processed foods, drink more water and increase soluble fibers, like cooked spinach and beans. You’ll feel just fine once give yourself time in the john and have a nice healthy poop. Last advice, try to stay away from phone surfing while on the throne. Mindful pooping, go in get it done and get out.

Even if you have the most sophisticated HVAC system installed, it will not cool and heat properly if there's something wrong with the airflow. This will result in uneven temperatures inside the building and higher utility bills as well. If your HVAC system is having issues, whether it's making strange noises or keeps running for longer than it usually does, then your system may have an airflow problem. Obstructions in the airflow can cause unusual sounds and several other symptoms. Before you can hire a professional for HVAC troubleshooting and repair, let's take a look at 5 common causes of HVAC airflow problems.
