​Chick peas and spinach hummus
​
Take the left overs to your blender and add roughly a ¼ cup EVOO and ½ lemon.  Add a little more pepper and blend making an awesome hummus.

Chickpeas and spinach on the grill

​1 large can of chick peas

1 frozen box of spinach thawed
½ onion chopped small
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste
Drizzle evoo
Zest and juice of one lemon
 
Mix all ingredients and warm through on the grill and serve
