Shrimp and cauliflower rice

Shrimp and cauliflower rice 2 pounds of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 1 jalapeno sliced
2 shallots sliced
2 limes juiced
2 bags of frozen cauliflower rice
Evoo
1 tablespoon of all…..coriander, garlic powder ,salt, pepper,chilli powder, cayenne, calentro- mix all together in a small bowl 
1 ripe avocado chopped

Saute veggies in a pan with evoo.  As they get tender add half of all the spice mix and 1 lime juiced.  Then add in the shrimp and add in the rest of the spices.  While this cooks heat the cauliflower in the microwave.  When the shrimp is finished cooking (it should look nice and white through) about 7 minute, add the juice of the 2nd lime.
On a platter make a ring around the plate with the cauliflower and put the shrimp in the middle. Top with avocado and fresh cilantro.
