1 pound of ground turkey
2 big handfuls of chopped spinach
Shredded almond mozzarella cheese 4 ounces
1 jalapeno pepper shredded using cheese grater
Salt, pepper, cayenne and 1 palmful dried parsley 1 palmful coriander
To make the burger take all the ingredients and mix except the mozzarella. Season the burger as you like. Turkey takes up a lot of seasoning so make sure you season well. Easy on the cayenne...just a sprinkle.
On a scale place a piece of place wrap and then portion out the burger mix. It is about 5.5 ounce. If you don't have a scale no worries just try your best to eyeball 4 patties. Then put a well in the center and put in the cheese. Cover it well so it doesn't leak out.
Cook in a oven of 425 until 165 about 20 minutes.
So easy, so good!
