Make Paleo Thin Pizza Crust Mix by the Directions. I rolled it on Parchment paper and then flipped it onto a cold pizza stone, that worked out really well. When cooking the pizza crust I changed up the directions slightly because all of my toppings are precooked. I cooked the pizza crust for 11 minutes as directed but then I drizzled some evoo, salt, pepper and garlic poweder and cooked for 5 minutes more. The crust was nice and golden! Then I added all fixing, put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes and YUM! Toppings: Bacon 4 pieces baked and chopped grilled chicken rested and sliced thin (marinade the way you like) grilled peppers and onions sliced thin (Salt and Pepper, drizzle evoo) Baby Kale and spinach leaves, sprikles on top 2 tablespoon of Miyoko's Cream cheese EVOO, Salt and Pepper I took the warm pizza crust and let it sit for a moment then I took the cream cheese and lighted covered the pizza. I placed my chicken, grilled peppers and onions, bacon, kale and spinach. This was one of the best paleo pizza crust I have ever had. I can't wait to use it again!
