Thank God for Crock Pots!

 Don't miss this easy recipe.  I keep my taco mix in a hand made cup by my friend Brianna.  
Taco Mix:
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
zest of 1 lime
keep in mind salt pepper and heat to taste
(my husband also add Franks Hot Sauce, cause it's not hot enough)

In your crock pot put 2 pounds of chicken breast
add spices
juice from 2 limes
1/4 cup of   chicken stock
cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6


Pull apart and serve with a salad, wrap and or NACHO chips 
Makes enough for a hungry family of 4
